The discussion was centered around his current priority list of actions that he felt should be done; the current state of the work given the delay in the contracted for deliverables; the loss of the two most active engineers from his company; and the furture actions needed on both sides.The meeting continued to additional topics for which I did not attend.Thanks to the board for making me feel invited and involved. I am by nature a fairly uncontroversial person so I will not engage in what I consider biased or emotional rants. But I am also by nature a cynic, so my reports will be guided by a natural suspicion and doubg of any positive slant. We'll see how it goes. Although the document title and body state that this is a special meeting both the agenda and notice title state it is a regular meeting. The time, date and agenda all appear to be normal.
