As a work session this was not an official board meeting, so no official actions were taken.

I attended the presentation and discussion by the current district engineer, Richardo Goncalves of rg consulting engineers, inc.  The discussion was centered around his current priority list of actions that he felt should be done; the current state of the work given the delay in the contracted for deliverables; the loss of the two most active engineers from his company; and the furture actions needed on both sides.

The meeting continued to additional topics for which I did not attend.

Thanks to the board for making me feel invited and involved.

The meeting started out with Richard giving his top 5 actions that he feels the board should take on the infrastructure. these were as follows.

1. Relaying the line from the Arapahoe well to the pump.
2. Equiping out the Dawson well to be a functional provider of water.
3. Repaint the tank
4. Redo the surface water lines from the intake to the plant.
5. Upgrade the surface plant so as to allow it to produce up to the full water rights we have.

I've added some notes to the discussion above.  I've avoided quoting many numbers as I'm not sure I got them all correct and to be honest they sometimes seemed to change during the discussion.
