After a fairly long quiet period, I am once again attempting to attend the meetings and give a citizens approach to what went on.  I am by nature a fairly uncontroversial person so I will not engage in what I consider biased or emotional rants.  But I am also by nature a cynic, so my reports will be guided by a natural suspicion and doubg of any positive slant.  We'll see how it goes.  Feel free to make comments or send me emails
