Your Privacy Rights
I appreciate that I may be asking for certain type of abusable personal information such as physical and email addresses.
I am committed to respecting your privacy and the security of your personal information.
My privacy policy relative to this site, last updated on April 28, 2007, describes the information I collect and how I use it.

Information I Collect
I may collect information (including but not restricted to name, address, telephone number, and email address) when you voluntarily fill in a registration or other such form on this site.
Such collection will always be obvious and voluntary.
Using Information I Collect
Information will only be used for the purpose for which it was gathered.
Providing such information always grants me the right to send ocassional emails solely related to the business of the website.
Information will never be used for any other purpose.
Information I Share with Others
Information will never be shared with any business or entity for any purpose including electronic or physical marketing, research or related activity.
In the possible event that editorial management of this site is transferred to the Forest View Acres Water District or other such designated representational entity, either they will be required to provide written notice that they agree to this policy completely or all existing data will be discarded.
In either case you will be notified and have the opportunity to remove or re-provide your information.
Cookies
A cookie is a small data file that is stored by your Web browser on your computer.
Certain application on this site such as a discussion board may use cookies to operate. Cookies will never be used for marketing, research, activity tracking or any purpose not directly related to the functionality provided here.
How I Use Email
Email will be used for the purpose for which it was provided. This may require that you enter the address twice for different applications. In addition emails may ocassionally be used for system administrative notifications including but not limited to updates of this policy.
Updating or Reviewing Your Information
To update your information either use the applications provided or please contact me at the address above.
To protect your privacy, I will need to be able to validate the original email address or phone number if you request a change by email.
Security
It is my intent to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that I have collected from you.
I use a variety of current technologies and processes for protection of your data.
Data may be stored in a mySQL database with password protection. This is safe from normal attacks but I cannot be responsible for the security of the web hosting provider or the applications that I use.
Such applications are widely avilable and used and should be safe. Please use you own judgement of risk when you share information.
Privacy of Children on Our Web Site
This Web site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
Parents are responsable for enforcing this requirement.
The discussion board specifically is prohibited from use by children under the age of 13.
Policy Changes
You will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any non-editorial changes to this policy.
You will be provided a copy of the new policy at that time.
Any new use of any previously provided information will be considered as a policy change.
